vvgl Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using Our Platform in the Philippines

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the vvgl website at vvgl.bet, creating an account, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
By using vvgl, you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point of account use.
- Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or circumvent any game outcome, odds, promotion, or system feature.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool designed to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
- Engaging in money laundering or any activity intended to conceal the proceeds of unlawful activity through platform transactions.
- Attempting to access areas of the platform that are not intended for your account level or user role.

vvgl reserves the right to investigate suspected breaches of these obligations and to take appropriate action, including account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.
5. Payments, Transactions, and Philippine Peso
All transactions on vvgl are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through supported local payment channels, which may include mobile e-wallets, QR Ph bank transfers, online banking portals, and cash-in points available in the Philippines.
Users are responsible for ensuring that payment details provided during deposits and withdrawal requests are accurate. vvgl cannot be held responsible for funds sent to incorrect account details provided by the user. Withdrawal requests require a verified account, and processing times vary by payment channel.
vvgl does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals, but your payment provider may impose their own fees. Minimum and maximum transaction amounts may apply and are subject to change. Current limits are available through the FAQ page or by contacting customer support.
All transactions are subject to anti-money laundering checks. vvgl may request documentation to verify the source of funds before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large transactions or accounts flagged during routine review.
6. Limitation of Liability
vvgl provides access to online entertainment games and sports wagering for recreational purposes. The platform does not guarantee winnings or specific outcomes from any game or betting activity. Games of chance involve inherent risk and outcomes cannot be predicted.

In cases of confirmed fraud or terms violation, vvgl may withhold funds in the account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation, those funds may be forfeited. vvgl will notify the account holder of any suspension and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond, except in cases where immediate action is required to prevent harm.
Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the user through their registered withdrawal method, subject to standard processing procedures.
8. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Content
All content on the vvgl platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, interface design, text, graphics, and game content — is either owned by vvgl or licensed from third-party providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission.
The platform may include games or content provided by third-party software suppliers. These providers retain their own intellectual property rights in their respective content. Your use of third-party game content is also subject to the relevant provider's end-user terms where applicable.
